Saturday Night Mission – A Project by Youth4Change Foundation

In the heart of Kerala, beneath the quiet of Saturday nights, countless lives go unnoticed—elderly men and women, abandoned individuals, and families left behind due to illness or poverty. Our recent street-level survey across Trivandrum and other parts of Kerala exposed a stark reality: many are living without access to basic food, shelter, or human connection.

Saturday Night Mission is our compassionate response to this crisis.

Every Saturday evening, volunteers from the Youth4Change Foundation walk the streets, reaching out to those forgotten by society. We provide freshly prepared meals, share moments of kindness, and offer hope to those who have none. As of now, we have distributed 5,900+ food kits directly to people in need—one meal at a time, one heart at a time.

This mission is not just about food—it’s about restoring dignity, humanity, and warmth to people left in the cold.

Through this initiative, we aim to build a movement of empathy—where no one sleeps hungry, and every street corner feels the touch of care.

Karuthal

‘Karuthal 2025’ is a transformative initiative by Youth4Change Foundation, dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals who are often tv overlooked and marginalized. With a mission rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and dignity, ‘Karuthal2025’ focuses on three key communities: people living with HIV, autistic individuals, and the differently abled.

Through Kariuthal2025 we are:

Empowering Autistic Individuals
We identify and nurture the unique talents of autistic individuals through engaging activities, creative platforms, and confidence-building programs. Our aim is to provide them with the space and support to express their abilities and shine in their own light.

Supporting People Living with HIV
Caridal offers consistent emotional and psychological support through specialized counseling sessions. We aim to break stigma, promote awareness, and encourage a healthier, hopeful outlook for individuals living with HIV.

Aiding the Differently Abled
Caridal is proud to have distributed over 500+ wheelchairs to those in need, restoring not just mobility but independence and dignity. We continue to work tirelessly to provide resources, accessibility tools, and moral support to help them lead empowered lives ‘Karuthal2025’ is not just a project; it’s a movement — one that believes in equality, care, and creating opportunities for every individual, regardless of their physical or health conditions. Mission Million Books Drive

Mission Million Book Donation Drive – Spreading Knowledge, One Book at a Time

Mission Million Book Donation Drive is a powerful literacy movement by Youth4Change Foundation with a bold vision: to ignite the love for reading and education in every corner of India. Through this mission, we are donating millions of books to underserved communities—bringing the joy of reading to roadsides, bus stops, schools, orphanages, and remote villages.

Our goal is simple yet transformative:
Empower students through the power of books.

With Mission Million, we are:

Creating Free Reading Zones at public places like bus stops and community centers, making books accessible to all, especially those who can’t afford them.

Donating Books to Orphanages and Government Schools to enrich their learning environments and inspire young minds.

Reaching Remote and Rare Areas, where education is still a luxury, and bringing hope through books, storytelling, and volunteer-driven teaching sessions.

Fostering a Culture of Reading, encouraging children and youth to develop strong reading habits, critical thinking, and a desire to pursue education.

This drive is more than just book distribution—it’s a mission to educate, inspire, and empower a generation of young Indians, one book at a time.

Tale of Clean City – Redefining Public Spaces, One Stop at a Time

Tale of Clean City is a flagship cleanliness and beautification initiative by Youth4Change Foundation, dedicated to transforming public spaces—starting with the bus stops of India. This project is more than just cleaning; it’s about telling a new story of civic pride, sustainability, and creativity.

We believe every city has a tale to tell—and it should be clean, green, and inspiring.

Through Tale of Clean City, we are:

Cleaning and Revamping Public Spaces
We target neglected areas like bus stops and public waiting zones, removing waste, painting walls, and creating cleaner, healthier environments for daily commuters.

Beautifying KSRTC & Local Bus Stops
With vibrant wall art, colorful paints, positive messages, and eco-friendly hanging plants, we turn dull and dirty bus stops into welcoming and artistic community spaces.

Promoting Environmental Responsibility
We dispose of waste responsibly, use sustainable materials, and spread awareness about cleanliness through every stop we renovate.

Inspiring Civic Engagement
We involve local youth, volunteers, and artists in each transformation—instilling a sense of ownership, participation, and pride in keeping our cities clean.

Volinatia

Volinatia – Empowering Blackboard Dreams

Volinatia is a heartfelt initiative by the Youth4Change Foundation dedicated to empowering underprivileged “Blackboard students”—those with limited access to quality education and creative opportunities. We travel to remote areas, identify students with a passion for learning, and provide them with free education, mentorship, and inspiring activities.

Through Volinatia, we not only teach academic subjects but also nurture talents in sports, arts, and performance. We seek out students who dream big despite hardships and support them through sponsorships and personalized guidance. Our mission is to ignite confidence, creativity, and capability in every child we meet.

Go Green

GoGreen – Growing a Greener Tomorrow

GoGreen is a green initiative by the Youth4Change Foundation focused on creating eco-conscious school environments through the cultivation of herbal plants. We partner with schools to plant and nurture herbal gardens while educating students about the importance of herbs, environmental care, and sustainable living.

By combining plantation drives with awareness campaigns, GoGreen encourages young minds to embrace nature and take action toward a pollution-free, healthier planet. With over 20 schools already part of this movement, we’re sowing seeds of change—one herb at a time.
